2. Scope of Services Aashray Nursing Bureau provides non-emergency home healthcare support services, including:
Home Nursing Care
Patient Care Services
Elder Care Services
Attendant and Caregiver Services
Post-Hospitalization & Bedridden Patient Care
Our caregivers and staff act in supportive capacities. Aashray Nursing Bureau does not directly provide emergency medical treatment, hospital-level ICU setups, or guarantee medical outcomes.
3. Booking & Assessments
Service fulfillment depends on caregiver availability, client assessment, and geographic reach within target service zones.
Service charges, shift durations, and duties are finalized during the initial consultation and detailed in the service agreement.
Clients must accurately disclose the patient’s medical condition, behavior, and care needs prior to deployment.
4. Payments and Billing
Payments must be made strictly through authorized modes (bank transfer, UPI, or designated agency channels) as specified in your invoice.
Charges are subject to revision based on changes in shift timing, duty requirements, or service extensions.
Failure to clear dues on time may result in immediate suspension or termination of caregiver services.
5. Obligations of the Client
Provide a safe, respectful, and hygienic environment for the deployed staff.
Refrain from directly hiring, paying, or soliciting any caregiver introduced by Aashray Nursing Bureau without prior written authorization.
Secure all personal valuables, jewelry, cash, and sensitive documents prior to staff deployment. The agency holds no liability for unverified claims of loss.
6. Limitation of Liability
Caregivers operate under the instructions of the client or attending physicians. Aashray Nursing Bureau is not liable for indirect damages, medical complications, or incidents beyond the scope of delegated non-medical home care support.
We reserve the right to replace a caregiver upon client request or due to administrative necessity without advance penalty.
7. Service Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate services by providing written or verbal notice as outlined in the initial service agreement.
Aashray Nursing Bureau reserves the right to withdraw services immediately if deployed staff encounter harassment, unsafe working conditions, or non-payment.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
